You don't need to look any further than Phil and Bob. We've had fairly constant issues with the plumbing in our house since we moved in before Christmas (some caused by other plumber's poor workmanship) so I'd been looking for someone to replace our hot water storage tank. As soon as Phil and Bob came to look at the job I knew they were the right people. They knew instantly what was needed, could do the work the following week and were competitive in their quote. The work is 2nd to none. Both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and filled me with confidence in their work.

I have used Phil before and called him and Bob in to look at a leak in our Bathroom It transpired that due to previous shoddy workmanship we would need the whole shower unit and tray replacing The price was agreed and a date set The work commenced and finished on time to an excellent standard

Phil and Bob were efficient and flexible. They were reliable and kept me updated each day with the progress . They kept to schedule and helped with sourcing the bathroom as well. They have previously fitted a boiler for me and the experience was excellent then.

I've had quite the time with Phil and Bob! They did a great job of putting the plumbing back together in our old Victorian and installed 3 high end bathrooms including free standing bath, radiators, toilets, sinks, two showers, shower over bath, wetroom, a kitchen and our laundry and managed to keep their sense of humour when we faced numerous challenges and rectified any issues that came up along the way. They were also incredibly helpful when my heating engineers from the insurance company got our boiler install wrong and provided lots of good advice and practical help. I would definitely use them again.

Professional,reliable,direct ,trustworthy. Clear explanations of work needed , Very supportive of me trying to work with Southern Water. Flexible to their dates to carry out work needed . Offered me cheaper options via different methods. A few extra bits were needed and did these without fuss or drama . Clear communication all the way through . Made what had been a complete headache for me trying to organise a much easier project due to their obvious knowledge and working standards. Would recommend them both for anything water without hesitation . Thankyou both
